After 40 minutes of conscious Hatha practice, we will dive into yoga Nidra.
Hatha yoga class focuses on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment and build strength and flexibility. And Yoga Nidra, a Sanskrit term meaning "yogic sleep" is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation.
All levels are welcome.
